Tasting note: Ruby red colour with tile-coloured edges. On the nose it gives off complex balsamic aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla and special notes. In the mouth it is silky, it makes a mixture of the Tempranillo variety with the generosity provided by the mixture of American and French oak wood, resulting in a smooth and velvety wine. An elegant and spaced ending remains.
Pairing: Grilled meats, roasts, red meat stews, delicatessen, aged cheeses.
